RETURNS
All merchandise purchased at The Rusty Heart may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of the date of purchase. Defective items must be returned within 5 days of their receipt.
Web orders may be returned for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. We also happily make exchanges.
*All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
*if products are defective, they can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
*The original receipt must accompany all returns.
*Returns are not available for items damaged after purchase.
